These are progressive, step-by-step courses that work with the brain to help re-wire neurons, helping to overcome habitual, behaviour/emotional patterns. Therefore, commitment to the weekly sessions and simple daily practices is key.
However, if something urgent occurs, you'll still be supported with course materials and a short 1:1 catch-up call.

This eight-week course will enable anybody with a chronic health condition to overcome much of their suffering by learning, breathworks, mindfulness and self-compassion. The founder of my training programme, ‘Breathworks’, is Vidyamala Birch who, after thirty years of managing severe, chronic pain has demonstrated the effectiveness of mindfulness within a number of scientific trials. She has also just been awarded an OBE for her role in developing Mindfulness Based Pain Management (MBPM) - well done Vidyamala, well deserved!

These will be approximately one-two hour long introductions, clarifying just what breathworks / mindfulness is – how we generally go through life on automatic pilot, rarely stopping to pay attention to what is going on around us. Breathworks / mindfulness, helps us to see more vividly what is going on in our lives, therefore empowering us to choose to tackle our challenges more effectively.
