Wellness Walks at Levens Hall
Inspired by the fantastic reactions from Robson Green and Helen Skelton as I took them on a short Wellness Walk at Levens Hall, I am now bringing this empowering yet subtle shift in mindset to everybody. Helen said that she, “wants Francesca in her life” and Robson was kind enough to say, “You’ve got an amazing energy” and that “I generated gorgeousness!” Well, I thank them for such tributes but the thing is this, it is the process of Mindfulness and Breathworks that brings the energy and the gorgeousness and now you can experience this too by joining me on a Wellness Walk at Levens Hall.
The walks will take place on easy paths around the deer park, woodlands and garden of Levens Hall and will commence at 10.00-12.00pm and 2.00-4.00pm lasting approximately two hours depending on the size of the group.
Cost: £35 per person which includes your entry fee to the gardens – why not make this a gift for a loved one or bring a group of friends together for a special occasion…and after the walk enjoy refreshments at the beautiful, Levens Kitchen.
Meet at entrance hut to the garden, 10 minutes before each walk.
Dates:
May: Tuesday 27th May
July: Saturday 26th
August: Saturday 16th

Wellness Walks at Hutton-In-The-Forest
Mindfulness in the Lakes is thrilled to announce that mindfulness Wellness Walks will be arriving at this beautiful, historical home of Lord Inglewood, in May 2025.
The purpose of the walk will be to immerse yourself in nature and to have the opportunity of being liberated from your stresses. I will introduce you to everyday practices that will enable you to reduce your stress and anxiety levels; dampen pain receptors and build up emotional resilience - all in accessible ways that you can stack on top of things you will already be doing in your busy lives.
The walks will take place in aged woodlands, the habitat of much wildlife including red squirrels, roe deer and many species of birds. There are also wild-flower meadows, flowing becks and cascading ponds, terraces and a topiary garden to discover.
Walks will commence at 1pm and will be for approximately two and a half hours depending on the size of the group. However, you are welcome to enjoy the gardens from 10am as included in the price is free entry to the Gardens and Woodland Walk (normally £10). You may wish to treat yourself at Cloisters Tea Room and make a day of it!

This is not miraculous or magical, it is real, it is here for you and waiting to transform and empower the real you that may have just been a little shy recently!
Available for: one-to-one, couples or groups - we will walk in my beautiful, ‘back garden’ the Lake District! Walks will be tailored to suit your needs, established after our initial consultation and all are guaranteed to have incredible views as well as the purity of Cumbrian air.
The purpose of the walk will be to immerse yourself in nature and to have the opportunity of being liberated from everyday stresses, embracing and loving the authentic YOU. I will introduce you to everyday practices that will gently release you from negative, habitual patterns of behaviour that cause you stress and anxiety; dampen pain receptors and build up emotional resilience - all in accessible ways that you can stack on top of the things you will already be doing in your busy lives.
You will be invited on a sensory experience in the here and now, allowing the past to be in the past and the future to be there for you when it arrives. We will have time together and time apart to reflect on important questions that I will discreetly embed into the walk for you to engage with: where you are now, what you value the most and how to possibly attain these?
If you want to take part in my Wellness Walks and need a fabulous place to stay, have a look at a beautiful, bijou hotel in the Borrowdale Valley called, The Royal Oak hotel.
